Prom 2023 2022 Guest Policy
If a student would like to bring a non-BASIS Mesa student as a guest, they must fill out the Prom Guest Permission Slip. This form MUST be filled out and turned into Beverly Hackett for approval PRIOR to ticket purchase. The deadline for the Guest Form is April XX, 2023 - no forms will be accepted after that date. Only ONE guest per BASIS Mesa student and NO refunds will be given if guest attendance is not approved.
Volunteers
The BASIS Mesa Ambassadors will need help from our wonderful volunteers throughout the evening. Please click here to see where you can help. We appreciate all volunteers, but we do ask that if your student is attending Prom that you do not volunteer.
