Fire & Ice Guest Policy

If a student would like to bring a non-BASIS Mesa student as a guest, they must fill out the Fire & Ice Guest Permission Slip. This form MUST be filled out and turned into Esther Tune for approval prior to ticket purchase and no forms accepted after March 23, 2022. Only ONE guest per BASIS Mesa student and NO refunds will be given if guest attendance is not approved. Please bring signed form to event check-in.
