About the Event
BASIS Mesa Ambassadors have put together your 2022 Winter Formal. Dress in your favorite formal attire to enjoy music and a great night with your fellow BASIS Mesa students. The night will include light refreshments.
If a student would like to bring a non-BASIS Mesa student as a guest, they must fill out the Winter Formal Guest Permission Slip. This form MUST be filled out and turned into Beverly Hackett for approval prior to ticket purchase and no forms accepted after January 7, 2021. Only ONE guest per BASIS Mesa student and NO refunds will be given if guest attendance is not approved. Please bring signed form to event check-in.
Ticket prices will go up at the door, so make sure to purchase online to get the best price.
Please make sure to let us know the First and Last Name as well as the Grade of the student(s) attending when filling in the Ticket Details.
