Our Mission
Supporting BASIS Mesa
The BASIS Mesa Boosters Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer-led organization dedicated to supporting the students, families, teachers, and administration of BASIS Mesa. Our mission is to enhance the overall educational experience by encouraging student welfare, fostering community engagement, and collaborating closely with school leadership.
We plan and fund social events, contribute to the Annual Teacher’s Fund, and provide financial and volunteer support for activities and equipment requested by the administration. Fundraising plays a central role in our efforts, and all proceeds are reinvested into the school. As a fully volunteer organization, no members are compensated—ensuring that every contribution directly benefits the BASIS Mesa community.
Our Purpose
As a Charter School, BASIS Mesa has no other additional funding other than what the state provides per child. Compared to other public schools, BASIS Mesa is awarded far less per child. Extra funding provided by the BASIS Mesa Boosters help to support the work of teachers and staff in the following areas:

-
Educational programs
-
Enrichment activities such as academic clubs, sports, music, and the arts
-
Needed supplies for the school such as smart boards, document cameras, lab supplies, art and music supplies, etc.

The Boosters also support teachers and administrators in their efforts to provide the best services possible for our children by making life easier on the teachers, students and administration. All proceeds collected by BASIS Mesa Boosters, a volunteer-run organization, go directly to the school.
